I have spent countless hours since that day on the phone with amex serve customer service. To no avail. They keep giving me the same runaround. They say they ate investigating the problem. As a result i wasnt able to pay my car insurance resulting in a cancelled policy. Also resulting in my vehicle registration being suspended due to no insurance.
