U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card department,
General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Washington
Elan financial prepaid card account has reported 3 late payments to the credit bureaus two of which are false and the other is their error. I have written them emailed them and called them, but they will not even let me talk to anyone that can straighten it out. This is keeping me from buying the house I want. I have perfect payment history on all my other - accounts. This was a clerical error on their part
