Out of the 352 consumer complaints against PayPal, 23% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 22% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 25% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I made withdrawals from my paypal account to my paypal prepaid card in $300.00 batches since that was the most I could do per day. PayPal Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals July 23, 2015 - My paypal account has been put in a negative balance by paypal because another paypal user claimed to have their account hacked and then used to purchase something that I sell online.
