This morning I woke up to a fraudulant charge for $1200.00 from Venmo ( PayPal subsidiary ) through my - checking account. Multiple attempts were tried, but they managed to steal $1200.00 from my account drawing it negative. - says they are stuck and can not do anything unless Venmo cancels the charge today. Otherwise I get to go through a lengthy process of disputing something, I should not be wasting my time dealing with since it should be much easier to deal with fraud charges. They ( - ) knows its bogus, especially when I called them - hours before their fraud team called me to inform me of a potential bogus charge. I have tried contacting everyone at PayPal and they pass the buck to - ( company they bought which in turn owns Venmo ), and - states they have - contact with Venmo other than the -- email address you will only find on Venmo 's site. No contact numbers, no dispute resolution, nothing. They are a shady company clearly, and they allowed to operate with such autonomy how? Its my funds that were stolen from my account by a company I do not have an account with. So I have been emailing, tweeting, and calling everyone possible. I have all the emails that I have sent, but long and short I need someone to step up and do the right thing today.
