Recently, I did online shopping with - and ordered for a smart watch. - - : - + Insurance : - - + Fast Freight : - - ; Total amount payed : - -. I was asked to buy this single smart watch by a trading company in -. This single watch should be a sample for the company so that the company can examine it whether it has marketable features for - market. I am a - - and not a trader. I only wanted to do this because they asked me to do it. I paid for the watch through PayPal with the instructions that I need the watch to arrive within ten ( 10 ) days. However, when I observed that the order has not shipped after seven days, I canceled the ordered and requested for a prompt refund of -. - was added to compensate for wasted time and financial loss on my side for placing this order. - replied that they have paid the requested refund. PayPal also confirmed it but it has not reflected on my Bank account statement. I need all the money I can raise to do this business. Please, do ask PayPal to pay my refund immediately. If they delay, I will ask for more compensation. Also, I have tried to communicate this issue with PayPal, but they always reply to their message centre where they have deliberately designed so that I will not be able to read the whole message. I asked that PayPal should henceforth send messages to my email, but they will not comply. How am I going to read the messages? Please, ask that PayPal should comply and send messages to my email.
