* I was deceptively enrolled into the PayPal Credit Program without my knowledge. * I requested the Account be closed - PayPal Credit did not close it for 6 months during which more Fees seemed to accumulate. * I was billed erroneously and charged unexplained Late Fees. * I requested and was told I would receive documentation on these Fees at least - times - I received nothing. * Their Collections people called and offered " pay off '' amounts but would NOT issue a letter indicating the " pay off '' would result in the matter being settled.
