One day Paypal put a limitation on my account. They told my friend, who I sent money to, that I had been " hacking into accounts. '' ABSOLUTELY not true. They pulled the money back from my friend 's account and put a hold on my account. I provided every bit of information they asked me for and they kept asking for more stuff. I would submit something, it would be approved, and they would add - more things. Finally, they said my account is " related '' to the accounts under the following e-mails " - '' and that $500.00 is owed. So they have locked up $1800.00. They even went into my bank account and made an unauthorized withdrawal of $29.00. I do not owe Paypal ANY MONEY and it 's illegal for them to be holding my funds.
