PayPal Bank account or service department,

Other bank product/service Using a debit or ATM card North Carolina

On -/-/- at -, I received an email alert from Paypal that I had authorized a payment of $39.00 to -. I emailed them back and told them I had not authorized such payment, asked for refund. I also emailed - and told them I had not authorized any such payment or any continuation of services. Asked them to cancel. - renewal date was -/-/-, the date I emailed them, so I saw no reason for them not to cancel and refund my l money. I received an email from - on -/-/- telling me I could change my payment options from automatic for the following year but they would not refund my money. I went to - website to check my account and the only account authorized for payment was my debit card from my bank, not my Paypal account. The debit card on file with them was no longer valid, I had to get a new one. I do not know how they got my Paypal information. I contacted Paypal and told them this, but all I 've gotten from them is form letters telling me to change my payment plan on their website, but I never authorized them to pay it in the first place. I have contacted both Paypal and - several times and informed them that I saved the - page, took pictures of it and printed it, showing that I had not authorized use of my Paypal account. I also have asked for an explanation of what the $39.00 charge was actually for but have not gotten any good answers about anything. I then checked back and Paypal paid - $19.00 from my account in -/-/-, which I also did n't authorize. I have checked the consumer complaint boards and there are - complaints about - and Paypal doing the same thing to other people. Please stop them.
