I sold - items on eBay and the items were successfully mail with tracking and received by the buyers, PayPal placed my funds on hold for 21 business days to make sure there were no conflict with me and the buyer. My funds then were released more that a week ago and I moved a portion to my savings account with my credit union. A few days from today, PayPal placed a restriction on the remaining funds in my PayPal.com account and has provided an erroneous reason why my funds are being held and why my account blocked. I called and email PayPal customer service and they simple told my PayPal no longed want me to use their service but they are unwilling to give my my money back also. PayPal want me to give them my passport copy, my state id copy, plus back statements and I refuse to give them this information because PayPal already have my social security alone with other information about me and how I look like. I feel PayPal is practicing abusive behavior and manipulating users in order to hold their funds in PayPal rather than the user moving the funds to their banking institution.
