A company refunded a payment via paypal on - -. Paypal supervisor - ( -/-/15 at - PST ) stated the funds are unclaimed. I asked her does that mean paypal has these funds? - said, yes. I asked them to transfer the funds to my bank and - said they do n't have them. There is a serious problem here. She, -, could not provide any cogent answers as to where my refunded funds are. The company that refunded my money said paypal took the money from her account. Paypal is not interested in helping the customer.
