PayPal limited my account without warning or reason stating " your account has been limited '' with no oppurtunity for appeal. I have called them nearly a dozen times to get this resolved and no one will give me any information other than " you have violated the terms and conditions '' or " PayPal will no longer to do business with you. '' Since limiting my account, they have held my funds for more than 180 days, despite them saying that 's when I would receive my funds.
