I am the executor of my Aunt 's estate and have submitted all necessary paperwork to close her Paypal account numerous times but even though they say the account will be closed in 1-2 business days it has been over a month. I have talked to many supervisors there a number of times with no progress. Since there is no office I can go to in person, I need your help to close this account.
