Pay Pal claims to have sent me an email stating I was violating their terms. I never received the email from them. I purchased My Cash Cards to load on the debit and pay bills and send money to my son to pay rent. They have denied me access to my debit card and when I spoke to a supervisor they said they are holding my money, over $2000.00 for six months! I was given - email addresses and have sent - emails and I have not even received an email reply, How can a company be allowed, legally, to hold a clients money for six months once that company decides they do n't want you as a client. This is something that congress should investigate
