I sold a phone on eBay. The seller paid via PayPal. PayPal waited until I shipped the phone to the customer then froze my account because of a debt they claim I owed in 2004. I was never sent a letter about this account and they will not show me valid proof that this is my account. They are holding my funds in the account and will not release them.
