Capital One consumers have reported over 1,035 official complaints related to Credit card. Out of the 1,035 consumer complaints against Capital One, 15% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Capital One responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 3% of consumer complaints against Capital One resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 9% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
