Credit card False statements or representation Indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit Idaho

To whom it concerns, I had a credit card with Capital One the balanced closed at $1900.00 - -, - .... - - -. Picked up the debt. Affidavit of service served -/-/- I did not get served this Affidavit. As a result a judgement was entered with out me knowing -/-/- for $3900.00 ... - -, - $2600.00 was stolen out of my account from - - -. this account was for my VA Benefits from my military -. Both the taking out of all my money from my account to the taking my VA Benefits money was wrong and illegal. Then they are saying i still owe $1900.00 a total of $4600.00?? Last for over a year they did not report to the credit bureau 's - that they had stole my VA benefit money/ which caused damage to my credit.
