Capital One Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid North Carolina

Company is trying to collect on Capital One Credit Card - that was forgiven by Capital One and I paid taxes on the forgiven amount. Company is also trying to collect on a - credit card and sent a summons to my home without a court date and I was never sent anything with their intents to prosecute. After having this company use illegal collection practices, I do not wish to deal with them and refuse to pay debt I do n't owe.
