PayPal consumers have reported over 87 official complaints related to Unsolicited issuance of credit card. Out of the 87 consumer complaints against PayPal, 16% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 21% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 14% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
