Unsolicited issuance of credit card Florida

PayPal, without authorization from me, made a hard pull on my credit file this year, affecting a mortgage I am in the process of getting. It was for their PayPal Credit service. They denied any wrongdoing, told me I willingly accepted the terms, and after an investigation I demanded, told me that they found no wrong-doing and denied responsibility. They have canceled the account but the hard credit pull remains on my credit file.
