PayPal Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Kentucky
PayPal charged a credit account I was unaware I had to complete a purchase. When I called PayPal I was told it was my default even though I had other options set up to pay wth them. I 'm confused why I have to use credit and pay interest when I have other options available. They are supposed to be helping for our security not charging credit accounts for no reason to turn a profit. The customer service rep ( - ) and her manager ( - ) were very rude an inconsiderate and played hardball like it was my fault. A total joke of customer service, is that how PayPal operates? Charge customers and then bully them when they inquire. I was very disappointed in a company I trusted a lot, I will no longer advise people to use their services this is abusive and potentially dangerous to many young users like myself. PayPal apparently set this account up for me when I was barely over -. I had no paperwork clearly disclosing anything and could not even tell you the interest rate I am going to be charged. I thought all companies now we 're required to disclose this information prior to any accounts being issued. This is very irresponsible and needs to be addressed immediately.
