Unsolicited issuance of credit card Maryland
Paypal misled me into receiving a line of credit. I have used them as a money transfer service for years and when I signed in and had to update information I was sent through a series of steps that resulted in me getting a line of credit. I called them immediately and told them I did not want the line of credit and that I was put in a situation where going through the steps forced it. They said there was nothing they could do about it and I have to have the line of credit. It still goes unused.
