PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Nevada

I made a $4.00 purchase on eBay and the seller requested payment via PayPal. I have had a PayPal account that was a direct pass-through to my - - - - card for -+ years, but rarely used it. When I made the payment PayPal opened up an unrequested, unauthorized and unnecessary credit account, and also contacted - and possibly other credit reporting companies on - -, 2015. This had negatively impacted my credit rating. PLEASE PUT A STOP TO SUCH CONDUCT, FOR THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME PAYPAL HAS ENGAGED IN THIS OR SIMILAR CONDUCT!
