PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card North Carolina

Paypal gave me a line of credit, as a person under the age of -, without a cosigner or proof of income when I am aware that there is a credit act that protects people such as myself. I did not intend to apply for credit, and have never used paypal before so I used the payments as instructed. Not only was I deceivingly signed up for credit, I was not protected as a minor by paypal in those terms. Since I did not know it was credit, there is now unpaid interest and late fees on my account.
