PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Connecticut

PayPal. I purchased a music CD and paid with PayPal, which I have a cash balance with. Somehow I got enrolled in PayPal credit which I did not want. I got a notice that my purchase was due with penalties. I tried to email PayPal that I never wanted their credit and to just pay for the purchase with my balance. I got a letter/bill last week. I called their customer service and said that I was very unhappy about this, I would ( and did - pay the purchase plus the $7.00 fee via check and specifically told them to close the account ( credit ). It was n't until I read the - - - article about the lawsuit that I realized what had happened.
