PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Connecticut

I signed up to use PayPal so I can use my own current ( personal - credit card to pay for a friend 's wedding. Without my knowledge or consent, PayPal ran my credit report and signed me up for their credit account. I 'm infuriated that a company could do this without informing the user of the mobile/web experience. I 'm trying to purchase a house, and this incident will affect this process.
