PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Florida

I was checking out with PayPal ( or so I thought ) and I ended up somehow signing up for their credit card! I feel as though I was tricked into signing up for a credit card I have absolutely no interest in having. I have really good credit and I 'm upset that they did a hard inquiry. At this point I do n't know if it would be better for my credit to keep it or close it. The damage has already been done with the inquiry.
