Unsolicited issuance of credit card Indiana
I have used Pay Pal for - or - years. In the past year, I was notified by Pay Pal that I needed to sign up for an account. I was confused, thinking I already had an account. I thought maybe they wanted me to update my information. I signed up for the account. Then after a purchase, I received a bill in the mail from PayPal Credit for the purchases I had made. I did not understand what had happened, as in the past I had used PayPal and they items I had bought were charged to a MasterCard. I showed this to my husband and he realized that PayPal had somehow set me up for a credit card. He tried to cancel the account. I used PayPal again after that, and they put the item on PayPal Credit. I then was charged a late fee, although I had never received a bill in the mail, and did not know I still was using PayPal Credit!!!!! I am very, very unhappy with PayPal!!!!
