PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Tennessee

Paypal Credit pulled my credit score without my consent, resulting in a hard credit inquiry on my credit report. The last time I was on Paypal, all I did was update my profile by adding my new bank account and my SSN. I just saved the information to my profile, I did not consent to them running it for Paypal credit. After doing some research, this has happened to many other people. It 's like as soon as they have your SSN, they take that as an okay to run your credit. The only thing I was doing was trying to get my profile as updated and completed as I could.
