PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Massachusetts

Started receiving credit card statements from PayPal Credit. I NEVER signed up for a credit card with them. I have a Pay Pal account that automatically gets deducted from my checking account. Never once did I knowingly open a line of credit with them. I called them and they said my account has gone in to collections from a purchase I have no recollection of. I asked them to open a fraud investigation.
