PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Wisconsin

sooooooo happy payal is finally going to get what they deserve. Basically they need more checks and balances. I thouht i was paying for a product with my own card but somehow was setup as a paypal account. I had to close it as they kept charging late fees and not honoring at all the postage date. I just made my last payment last week and I could n't be more thrilled to be done with them. Please please please becareful if you are purchasing something that site is linked to pay pal, they will somehow get you.
