PayPal Credit Card Complaint

In 2013 I had signed up for Paypal Bill me Later, then 2 months after applying and having the credit, I moved, and a few months later I get a phone call from Paypal saying that I accidentally '' opened up - accounts and that I must of done it by accident. When I moved I was still able to change my mailing address and purchase items. I dont know how the - credit opened up. I would not have opened up - credit cards with bill me later it doesnt make any sense, but they said it was done by accident and I still had to pay the late fees ( which I was never contacted about through mail ). When paypal called me telling me how much I owed they said they would help me by making the bill lower since I had opened the account by accident ''. I paid whay they told me to pay just because I didnt want to have bad credit. Im not even sure if they closed that account up but I still have my originial account open which I use regularly.
