Synchrony Financial Complaint

Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

It is my understanding that credit card companies should no longer be sending statements with your entire account number in them. Amazon however continues to still do this. How is it they are allowed to continue to put everyone at risk? Only the last-numbers should be showing.
