Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Shortly after Synchrony Bank approved me for a JC Penny Card, with a $500.00 credit line, and an upgrade to the JC Penny Gold card Synchrony Bank notified me in writing that they have -/-/2016 that they have lowered my credit line to $100.00 Currently as of -/-/2016 Synchrony Bank is being sued for these deceptive credit card practices, and in my case Synchrony Bank lured me in using the hook and bait method by even upgrading me to the JC Penny Gold Card still only $500.00 credit line that got reduced to a $100.00 credit line because they found my credit score was low. My credit score was not checked before they even issued me the plain JC Penny charge card Synchrony Bank has been doing this practice of issuing JC Penny cards than lowering someone 's credit score, even to their own employees as I was told it was done to a JC Penny employee at the JC Penny - Mall. I would think this is not only deceptive but also illegal. Should I have a case an Attorney sees my complaint please contact me immediately as I would definitely go after a lawsuit against Synchrony Bank because it seems they purposely issue JC Penny charge cards and upgrade the charge cards shortly just to ruin their consumers credit. Synchrony Bank needs to be punished like GE Capital was pay hefty fines so they no longer can exist in business and the Synchrony Bank employees be put in Federal State Prison for - or more years. My second desired settlement is to give me the higher numbers back on my credit score. And remove information that does not even apply to me like living in - NJ
