JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Privacy Texas

Without my authorization Chase began sending unsolicited e-mails to the address in this complaint on -/-/- ( " Chase_Unsolicited_E-mail_-/-/- " attached ). I called Chase on -/-/- and spoke to " - '' at approximately - CST. I stated that I Received an e-mail, re : Chase Freedom Rewards on -/-/-, Had NOT had an online account with Chase in 6-7 years, Did NOT turn on any e-mail notifications. I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE " PRIVACY DEPARTMENT '' WHERE AN UNNAMED PERSON VERIFIED THE E-MAIL ADDRESS WHICH WAS BEING VIOLATED, AND SAID THAT THESE E-MAILS WOULD STOP. Since then I have received unsolicited e-mails from Chase on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- ( " Chase_Unsolicited_Emails_-/-/-_through_-/-/- " attached ). I decided to wait after receiving the e-mail on -/-/- to see if there was a delay in implementing the removal of my e-mail address even though it was promised over 2 weeks earlier ( -/-/- ) and these days it should not take that long to update a database!
