Amex Credit card department,
AME- gave my personal information to - during the - credit card change over fiasco AGAINST MY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. I called AME- as soon as I found out what was transpiring and was told the only way to stop the information from flowing to - was to cancel my AME- account, which I did immediately ( -/-/- ). Today, - -, I received his and hers - cards in the mail. Absolutely UNCONSCIONABLE. AME- has proven its incompetence at keeping customers and I guarantee that I will NEVER be a customer of theirs again nor will I ever recommend to any of my friends or family to be members.
