Insufficient Response to American Express : # - American Express and - : # - American Express is in possession of our power of attorney. We faxed it in per their consumer representative. Another customer representative said to mail hard copies to - ( representing itself as American Express ). Now we have a letter claiming American Express and - are partners and we have to now notarize the letter. We have received no notice of assignment to a third party debt collector like - and there is no company called American Express/-. Please have American Express forward their contract where it permits them to interact with other companies on our account. Thank you, -
