Chase Slate advertise that they offer 0 % APR for first 15 months on Balance transfer within 60 days. But they will not send the balance transfer checks or allow you to do balance transfer to checking for first 90 day of a/c opening. These terms are NOT mentioned in their website. After 90 days, they charge 3 % or $5.00 whichever is greater. This makes the customer NOT able to use the intro balance transfer offer. I hold several Visa cards, and the account number for the new card does not correspond to any of my current accounts, so it is not a replacement for a card that is expired.
