JPMorgan Chase & Co. Complaint

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Recently returned from service overseas and applied for a Chase credit card. Was told that I was not approved because I had - credit card applications within 2 years ( I did n't have a credit card until I joined the - 3 years ago ). If they have a rule, their application should clearly state that there is a rule before I applied for their card and had an inquiry and denial on my credit account.
