I have received numerous unsolicited advertisements form - Mileage Plus Visa credit card. I have attempted to contact them numerous times to remove my name from their mailing list. It is impossible to actually speak with someone who has the ability to remove my name as there are numerous transfers and extensive hold times ( over 10 minutes ). This company is putting my personal information at risk and refuses to comply with my requests.
