JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Advertising and marketing Illinois
I signed up for a - - through Chase primarily for the advertised benefit of $100.00 off of airfare booked for - people. Once I had the card and actually tried to use the benefit, I found that you can only book airfare which is more expensive than the best price offered by the airline, or a travel site, completely negating the advertised benefit, if not actually making the " discount '' price more expensive. They are advertising a false benefit for this product.
