Dear Sir, I have recently applied for Chase Slate and came to know about their false advertising. Chase Slate advertise that they offer 0 % APR for first 15 months on Balance transfer within 60 days. But they will not send the balance transfer checks or allow you to do balance transfer to checking for first 90 day of a/c opening. These terms are NOT mentioned in their website. After 90 days, they charge 3 % or $5.00 whichever is greater. This makes the customer NOT able to use the intro balance transfer offer. When question Chase customer service regarding this issue they say it the company policy, but they are NOT able to show such advertisement on their website. Please kindly take a look into this issue. Following is the advertisement Annual fee $0.00 Purchase APR 0 % intro APR for 15 months on purchases.

Please note : Balance transfer request ( s ) made online and/or with a Customer Service Specialist can not exceed $15000.00 within any 30-day period. Balance transfers may not be used to pay other credit cards or loans issued by Chase Bank USA , N.A . or any of our affiliates. Successful payment history must be established for checking accounts you wish to use for ACH transfers. There are additional conditions that may apply.
