Applied for - Chase credit card -/-/- was approved with a sign on bonus of - each. -/-/- lender called to verify types of activities on account. Lender agrees with activities, in - - Chase closed both credit card with the reason of credit card activity is inconsistent with expected activity. Disputed in - - was told to check terms and conditions, Called executive offices today -/-/- was told can not access account and to apply for a new one. I would like chase to return all my forfeited points. I believe chase has allowed other customers like me a 30 day window to redeem or transfer points out of chase. Chase has not allowed me to do this. I had lost a total of - Chase Ultimate reward points, this points do not include activity which I had on the account that should have posted had they not closed my chase credit cards.
