Citibank Credit card department,
on -/-/2017 I went into the Macys store in - in - Illinois to make my payment in full that was due -/-/2017. The payment was done by electronic check and when the payment cleared on my bank statement I destroyed the check. Macys sent me a bill the following month that st5ated no payment was made and billed me late fees and finance charges. Macys took my money and applied it somewhere but not to my account. I contacted - bank and filed fraud claim number - on - to date macys has my money and - has not advised if they were able to trace the funds.
