This company is in direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 - ( Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ). I was never notified within the allotted 30-days prescribed by the FCRA, in writing, of any negative information ( late payment ) being reported to the - credit bureaus ( -, -, or - ) regarding my account.
