Citibank Credit card department,
I have been customer with home depot for a long period of time, due to financial issues I had the card close. I am aware of my responsibility that I have to pay the bills in my name. However when the bill was due I drag every change I have in my pocket and everything to pay - $ to meet the requirement of the credit card. I have reached out for help, begged TWICE and was told no they ca n't help me. The representative was not knowledgeable nor empathize my needs of help. I am unemployed lay off, not qualified for unemployment because of company close out bankrupt. So, I have no income until I get a job. There was no empathy he even advise I will rack up late charges and then once it is past due enough maybe i would get help. Thus, jeopardizing myself further into more issues than i am already in.
