Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I missed my -/-/- PC Richards store card payment. On -/-/- I called Synchrony Bank to explain my current financial situation and how I can bring my account current. After discussing my financial situation Synchrony Bank placed me on their " Customer Assistance Plan. '' They explained that this plan takes my total balance as of -/-/- and divides it into 48 months. During the 48 months I will incur no more late fees, no interest, no penalties and I will be up to date ; as long as I make the new minimum payments. On -/-/- I received a credit alert that PC Richards reported me as being more than 60 days delinquent. I called Synchrony Bank on -/-/- and enquired as to our arrangement on -/-/- ; they gave me a complaint number and said they would call me back. While waiting for a response I did not pay the -/-/- payment. On -/-/- they called I offered to pay the past due payment we agreed to on -/-/- but the said the past due balance was more. Upon further discussion on -/-/- Synchrony Bank told me that they charged me a late fee for missing -/-/- payment even though our agreement was still enforce. Additionally they are still reporting to the credit bureau that I am over 90 days delinquent when our agreement on -/-/- is anew agreement. As of -/-/- I am update with the payments. They were continuing to bill me he full past due balance and reporting be as delinquent when we had agree to new terms. monthly. On -/-/- I paid the 1st payment. On -/-/-
