I have had a probem with a credit card my wife got thru walmart/ synchrony bank.I asked for a settlement on the account due to divorce and i made the payments as scheduled and even called on around the -/-/- to make sure everything was ok and i was assured that everything was ok and the debt was taken care of i should receive a letter stating the same later in the month .I just received a letter today stating i didnt make the payments as arranged and that this will be declared a bad debt. I just got hung up on by the sychrony bank because they say they are missing my last payment after another rep said it was made plus i have proof that my check has their endorsement on it
