I was not properly notified of the delinquency in this account. I was under the impression that I had paid the accounts off. It is possible that the later charges on the account were fraudulent. I learned of the delinquency of this account when I was notified by the IRS that my tax refunds would be offset for a federal debt. This account has been paid in full since 2014.
