Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I settled a debt with BARCLAYS CREDIT CARD thru their - - - - - -. My original debt was around $1800.00 and we agreed to settle for the amount of $900.00 four monthly payments were deducted from my bank account ending in -. This account was paid per settlement agreement on - 2016. I was aware and accepted that I will receive a - at the end of the year to report on my Federal Income Tax. The issue is that I have, is that BARCLAYS CREDIT CARD refuses to update this account as settled and paid with the - major credit bureaus. I have sent them letters and called but they still have not complied with my request. I had my Credit report pulled by - on -/-/2016 and this is the information that still shows on the account attached to this particular account : " ACCT SUBMITTED TO COLLECTION ; DISPUTE RESOLVED - CONSUMER DISAGREES ; CLOSED BY CREDITOR ; PAID ; CUSTOMER UNABLE TO LOCATE SUBJECT ''
