Citibank Credit card department,

I am working with consolidated credit to resolve this account. I received multiple phone calls to the point of harrassment from -. They have called atleast four times a day almost every single day since -/-/- of this year. They have also called me outside of the sanctioned hours, for example, at - and - this past -, and per your regulations, the - calling hours are - EST ( my local time ). I will advise them they are harrassing me and I may pursue legal action if they continue, but I am filing a complaint.
